There was a line up for service, however an employee named Chaki (?) asked the reason I was there. Told her and she informed me I could do my business on ATM. She assisted me and it saved me a LOT of time. She was very pleasant and professional. Great employee!

we were in this branch opening bank account. as a new comer to Canada the service from Eima Momeni was informative and completely helpful. she also behave very friendly, with full care of customers. to me, she represents the embracing feature of Canadian people toward new immigrants.
