“Actual truck rental day went well. It's the 1st time I've done it this way and I'll definitely do it again.Only reason I didn't rate the experience as excellent was the fact that I reserved some plastic boxes for packing. I was there on Friday and the rep told me they had a bunch coming in the next day so I went to pick them up on Saturday morning and found out they weren't arriving until the day I was getting the cargo van. Might want to check your system on how someone can book boxes if you don't have any in stock.”
