“I needed somewhere to store household items while my home was for sale and staged with minimal belongings. I was able to get a locker here on very short notice, which was awesome. I was surprised how expensive it was but beggars can't be choosers. The compound is clean and well-run and I love that they sell boxes, padlocks, etc. in the office if you need them. I took advantage of that. I also love all the security measures in place. You have to punch in your personal code to enter the property, to enter your locker building, and even to exit the property. There are cameras everywhere, which means the likelihood of criminal activity on the grounds is slim.I've deducted a star because if you only need the locker for a week, they still charge you for a full month. To me, this is unethical since they are paid twice for the unit if someone else rents it during the month I already paid for. I needed the locker for 5 weeks but I'm not willing to pay for a second full month in order to keep it that extra 7 days. Instead, I brought everything back to my house rather than picking the stuff up with the moving van the following week. Such a hassle.I think this place would be perfect if they offered pro-rated rent instead of only by the month. It's just better business and makes them look cooperative and honest rather than greedy.”

“Been using this place for a while, even before they changed names to the current. I find that I can keep many things here including trinkets, doodads, gizmos and arcane tablets. I hope the security will keep them safe. Also I like the jingly music they play ?”

“My father gave me the reccomendation for this place when I needed a storage locker for a couple monthes. No problems at all. The grounds are well kept and clean, price is reasonable, I mean when I called around the storage lockers were all in a similar price range buy many of them weren't kept up as well as Imperial. I had a situation where I was a few days late telling them I was vacating my locker (it's supposed to be 1 week in advance) I was worried they were going to go by the book and charge me for an extra month but the ladies that worked there are so kind, they told me no problem at all, just move out and we will close up your contract. I'm so happy with the customer service here I would definitely use them the next time I need a storage locker.”

“Chose Maple Leaf Self Storage after checking out three self storage facilities in my area. Received a tour of units in order to select the one that best met my needs, full explanation of vendor & client responsibilities, a map & recommendations for storage.The entire facility is immaculate, climate controlled, well stocked with large and small dollies for transporting to/from parking to/from unit. CCTV assures safety. The grounds are locked at all times via coded entry system. The office has ample supplies of various boxes, packing bubbles, tape, locks & tags. The staff are available via phone and in person and are helpful, courteous and friendly.I highly recommend Maple Leaf Self Storage and will definitely use them again to meet all my storage needs.”
