“Outstanding Customer Service !!! Was enjoying a nice sunny walk with my newborn baby. Unfortunately our walk was going a little sideways with lots of baby tears outside of the establishment till the two staff members welcomed us inside to get re-situated. “PODS storage first time using it and moving from house to apt. Put in a request for call back on more details and I got a callback from Jerry on Jun 19. He was very thorough in answering all my questions. Even the preauthorization was setup over a secured line. The MyPODs app is easy to use. I arranged the drop off and the guy Lipreet that dropped off the POD was very professional and efficient in unloading the POD while answering my questions. I am happy with the service and the cost is very reasonable.”
