“Happy Easter??I can for sure agree that some change has occurred at this location in the last 12 months. For that reason 5-stars….but!Not opening at the scheduled 10:00 AM on Saturday after a holiday (Good Friday) is unprofessional. Especially when the hours are already reduced on a weekend. Errors happen but make sure to be on-time. Employee arrived at 10:29 AM !! Wasn’t ready for customers until 10:35 AM. There were 3 customers who came during 10:00-10:20 AM who left and were visibly upset that they couldn’t pick up their package locked inside.”
