“We use this location for our business, for UPS shipping, and the shop owners have been fabulous. The drop off cut off time is very reasonable, at 5pm, and I highly recommend this location.”
“I had to drop off a package and the clerk was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Unfortunately, I don't remember their name to thank them specifically but he was there on Saturday, Jan 10th at around 12:30pm.
The only thing I'd recommend is to have printing services for labels. This could be a paid service but it's very helpful for those that need to drop off items but don't have a home printer.”

“I have unfortunately never had a good experience with UPS. I was waiting for a parcel from the U.S. and really hoped to receive it before the weekend.
A notice was left saying my package could be picked up from UPS Store 248, so I called the store to confirm if it was ready. Before even asking for my tracking number, the staff member immediately told me it would only be available on Tuesday. I was surprised because he had not even checked the tracking information yet. After I gave him the tracking number, he said if the website showed “Ready for Pickup,” I could come and pick it up.
I kept refreshing the tracking page because I needed the package for the weekend, but the status only changed to “Ready for Pickup” after the store had already closed.
When I went to pick up the package on Tuesday, I found out the store manager had actually tried to contact me during the weekend to let me know I could collect it earlier, but unfortunately the sender had not included my phone number on the package.
I gave a 4-star rating because of the manager’s attitude and effort to help the customer. However, based on the service and customer support I personally received in this case, I would rate it closer to 1 star.”
“The staff are always friendly and helpful. I'm able to email waybills to them to be printed for a small fee and drop off my FedEx packages easily. Great to have a reliable shipping option nearby.”
“Small shop that does cheap passport photos. 9.99 is not bad compared to other places. You don't have to buy the passport photo online to get that price as it is also advertised on the window”

“Received excellent service at UPS # 38 from Alisha and Chandan ,,, both persons were very helpful in sorting out a billing issue,, the Manager Chandan spent over a 1/2 hour helping to sort out a confusing issue.. “I’ve had a really good experience with Diamond Delivery. Their same-day and next-day delivery is super quick and reliable, which has been a lifesaver when I’ve needed something delivered on short notice.
