“Sketcher’s memory foam slip-on is popular for its comfort. We have been scouting for good deals of this kind but the problem is no available stocks or overpriced at other retailers. This weekend, we drove to the Shoe Company at the Coquitlam Centre. The store has a great variety of reasonably priced branded shoes. I’m happy I got the shoes I liked. David is a very accommodating sales associate. He’s polite to all customers regardless of how busy the store is.”

Not often do I come across this but this is somebody that should be recognized for the service that they put out .
I know in today’s day we take time to write reviews that are negative and maybe not so often positive , but this was very important for me to phone the store manager just now and find out how this person is recognized for the excellent customer service today.
I just want to thank her as she helped me with the shoes, not only that but she went a step for helping me look online and She wrote down all the information for me and was beyond helpful. She gave me solutions to my shoe not being available in the store in my size, tried to find something else comparable so I could try in my size and then order and then advised me to buy the size that I had on including ordering one online so that I could see which one fit me better. She also advised me that the sale was in store only and how I could
Go to footlocker and get the sale price in She tried but couldn’t order online so she had me walk over to Foot Locker and had me take a picture so they knew exactly what I wanted. I mean the service was exceptional so thank you very much for making this a pleasant experience. It’s not often as I mentioned that people go out of their way so much but you deserve 5 stars”
