Lots of teller booths but less people at the booth helping customers how long does a customer have to wait to be next. They need to come up with a better system to help people when they are longer at the booth with a customer while others wait.

Branch 18 needs more tellers during this time of reduced hours to alleviate the long line ups that members as myself are forced to endure!?
