“I just did a review for the help we received from Jim that I hoped went through. I tried to add a picture and don’t know if I deleted the post because it said how we feel that Jim was the.best sales associate that I’ve ever been served by. When he saw my body issues he went out of his way to make sure my issues were addressed. He gave us good information about pricing and all the discounts that were available. He was a great help with transportation issues and had our purchases ready to go within a day. I’ve never had a sales person as good as him. Lazyboy is lucky to have him. We will recommend him and your store whenever we are asked about our chairs. Bruce Gainer”
“I had a great experience with this sleep country. Tried a mattress for 90 days and it wasn’t the right one for me. Staff was amazing and helped me use the 100 day exchange program to exchange my mattress for another. I purchased a Casper Snow Plush - amazing!!! Best mattress I have ever had.
Thank you to Corey for the best mattress selection experience. He knows his stuff. He helped me by being extremely diligent and patient with me to find the right mattress for me. I think we spent 45 min just finding the best one for my sleeping positions (I’m a side sleeper and a back sleeper). I had no idea I was sleeping on the wrong mattress for years. My back was killing me. Once I dialed in the right one, my sleep was amazing!! I haven’t regretted my purchase of the Casper at all!
