I tried to add a picture and don’t know if I deleted the post because it said how we feel that Jim was the.best sales associate that I’ve ever been served by. When he saw my body issues he went out of his way to make sure my issues were addressed. He gave us good information about pricing and all the discounts that were available. He was a great help with transportation issues and had our purchases ready to go within a day. I’ve never had a sales person as good as him. Lazyboy is lucky to have him.
