“Our apologies this is getting posted just now. We had the very best experience from the owner. Our car was making the worst noise, and we were going up island. We pulled into H & M who were absolutely booked solid. BUT, the owner took our keys, took our vehicle for a drive, and removed the stones in the steering column. Problem solved. We were going to Calgary in couple of days, live in Victoria. We can't tell you how grateful we were/are. Kind, and the best service ever. He did not charge us. Many many thanks. He really helped us, and at such a busy time for him. Cheers!!”

“This review is a little late but I’ve been meaning to do it. The owner of Cowichan Auto Repair & Detailing treated me so amazing and I’m very grateful for their service! As soon as I moved to Duncan my car was acting funny, and I brought it in. They called me and kept me updated on every step and always let me know the estimations before going ahead. He actually did a lot of work on it for free as I had brought it in they fixed it, then it wasn’t working again. I brought it in the 2nd time and they worked on it all day and found a much deeper issue than the original fix. Ultimately said my car was going to be a lot to fix so I decided to trade in my vehicle instead of bringing it back. I definitely refer them to anyone needing help with their vehicles ☺️.”

“Thank you to OK Tire for the absolutely fabulous service yesterday when our boat trailer tire blew out on Highway 18. Gord in the office took our call and organized our rescue. Aiden arrived on site in the service truck incredibly promptly, removed the shredded tire and replaced it roadside and got us mobile again. He was polite, efficient and very capable. All this despite the shop being very busy with winter tire changes and regular tire sales. Kudos to OK Tire! I will not hesitate to recommend OK Tire to anyone needing tire replacement or repair to anyone in need of this service.”

“Can’t thank Ganges Auto Marine enough for what they’ve done for me. They fixed two issues with my Land Rover that even the dealership couldn’t fix. Only problem is they failed to clear the computer of the fault code on one of the issues. Problem was fixed, but the error code was still there. But anyways they gave me an appointment quickly, followed directions and finished the work the same day.”
