Delivery was within the windows given, drivers were courteous, greats pieces of furniture....only complaint is the one guy kept dropping the couch onto each step instead of lifting it down the 6 stairs

It was a difficult delivery of an heavy LG washing machine into a cellar with steep stairs. Both delivery persons accepted the challenge with little complaint.

We felt that the sales representative provided us with the information we requested. He was knowledgeable and did not try to upsell. Our only disappointment was the delivery arrangements.
