“My favourite place to get Japanese ceramics! Whether you’re looking for a tea set, putting together a kaiseki meal at home, or finding the perfect bowls and plates that are both beautiful and well made, there’s something for every occasion. The staff are friendly and so helpful! I also notice a lot of the same pieces used at restaurants.”

“Mike was fast, responsive, professional, and communicative. I wish we had known about him first after we tried contacting a few different contractors and sink repair possibilities. He literally got things done for us within a week. We cannot recommend him enough - 5/5”

“I like their products I have purchased from them a couple of times previous to this experience I walked in to order a black trim shower door. I showed them the one I wanted and I said I want this one in black. We went to the ladies desk and she pulled up the order Skews and I reminded her I wanted the black one. Somehow she entered the chrome one and after she was about to print the paperwork I couldn’t. I asked her to confirm that it was the black one and she said yes, and when I got to the warehouse with the paperwork, I asked the guy in the warehouse if this was in fact, the black one and he said yes today is supposed to be installation day but instead of installing and completing this job on time, I now have to spend an hour and a half driving to Richmond to exchange it now the job won’t get completed today four times I mentioned I wanted the black One and four times they told me that the one I was picking up was black. This is a very disappointing experience. All in all this company is very good and they carry some amazing beautiful products ill be more diligent in confirming the produsts i wish to purchase in each future visit”

“Great service! I went to look for a smaller rice cooker today and the staff person listened to my needs and recommended accordingly, no attempt to steer me towards a higher ticket item. He was courteous, helpful, and knowledgable about the selection of products.”

“I had called Chris in June to inquire on several pieces of China and silver but due to my schedule I only met her in October …. I had the pleasure of meeting with Chris for my China and her husband Bob for my silver. They were both professional, friendly and they knew their stuff. I would highly recommend them both if you are looking at selling any China and silver…in addition, I felt they were fair with their pricing. 5 star rating for sure!!”

“I had such a wonderful experience at HomeSense today, and it was all thanks to Bell at the cash. From the moment I checked out, she went above and beyond what you’d ever expect from a sales associate. Not only was Bell incredibly kind and efficient while cashing me out, she genuinely took the time to validate my shopping finds, sharing in my excitement and making the whole experience feel personal and positive. What truly stood out, though, was that she didn’t stop there — Bell went out of her way to carefully help me pack all of my HomeSense treasures, thoughtfully organizing everything to make sure it would all fit perfectly into my carry bag. Her attention, patience, and genuine care turned a simple checkout into an exceptional customer experience. Bell is the kind of employee who makes customers feel seen, appreciated, and happy to return. She absolutely deserves to be recognized and rewarded for her outstanding service — she’s a true asset to HomeSense!!”

“I had a knife from a set which got broken and the metal part was separated from the handle. Have brought it to the store and even though I didn’t have the proof of the purchase Ren helped me to get a new one from the warranty. One of my best experiences in a retail store.”
