“Update on June 25 2001: Have ordered a few times different items on their menu. Everything is good consistently. Continue recommending this place. Good value for money.I got the poutine and Chicken Tikka - spicy. Both were yummy. The tikkas I chose to get them cooked at site and it was nicely cooked in Tandoor - tender and juicy without being raw or overcooked or hard. Nice well balanced. Loved it. Next I am going to buy the skewers back home and try to cook them on my own. Looking forward to yummy treats. Recommend.”

“I was in search for Beef Short Ribs for Christmas dinner, called many butcher shops and got the best phone service from Amron’s. The price I was given was unbelievable compared to the other local butchers I called.I came in the same day, a few days before Christmas and was greeted with a very warm welcome. I let them know what cut of beef I was looking for and they actually remembered my call.They showed me the meat, asked me if the cuts were okay and offered to vacuum seal packed the 10+ pounds of meat as they knew I wasn’t cook it for another two days.The most amazing customer service and Gary was so honest and fair with his pricing. I believe it is family run as there were three generations that were working and it was clear they were all so passionate with their line of work and getting to know their customers.I will definitely be coming back for myfamilies protein needs.If you haven’t been or are thinking of going you NEED to come to this shop. “200% recommend for imported Japanese Joshu Wagyu A5 beef cuts! My travel plan to Japan got cancelled so I was googling wagyu beef and came across Nikuya. I preordered online wagyu ribeye and cubed beef. My mouth was watering at the sight of all types of wagyu beef (from shabu shabu to yakiniku cuts) be ready to drop some money here caz I couldn't stop myself when I saw buy 1 get 1 free offer in the frozen section. I decided to grill it with some salt to retain the original flavor and the wagyu just melted in my mouth ??? totally worth it!!”

“I am near by Langley Meats all the time. I was walking in the area and decided to check out what this store has to offer. It is a very small meat store. It has hot pot meat along with marinated bbq meats. They have two locations: one in Burnaby and the other in Langley. The prices are cheaper than Assi Market. When I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely young lady. I ended up getting some Shabu meat and I was offered 10% off. I also picked up some marinated meat and I was offered 20% off. One con I found was that their meat selection is somewhat limited. I had the shabu meat and it was quite fresh. I will pick up more next time”

We phoned and talked to some very helpful staff and then returned to the store. The problem was explained to the owner and he personally looked after resolving the issue.
