“The hours are weird so it is better to call to talk to someone before coming if you are looking to rent. I was on a waitlist and was diligent with calling. The locker is huge and I pay 105$/mo and gave them my credit card number for monthly payment. It’s not a 24 hr facility but I don’t need to be there past 9pm. It’s clean with lots of dollies, individual alarms etc. it’s a win for me to have my apartment decluttered and easy access to my goods. Why are the other places so expensive??”
“Although I arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment and had forgotten my phone at home (I was sure they had followed up), the staff were very kind and accommodating. My visitor, Sohini, in particular, was great, she offered an excellent deal on a bike rack, and they installed both the hitch and the rack. Overall, I’m really happy with their service and found their prices to be very competitive compared to other companies like Canadian Tire.”
“PODS storage first time using it and moving from house to apt. Put in a request for call back on more details and I got a callback from Jerry on Jun 19. He was very thorough in answering all my questions. Even the preauthorization was setup over a secured line. The MyPODs app is easy to use. I arranged the drop off and the guy Lipreet that dropped off the POD was very professional and efficient in unloading the POD while answering my questions. I am happy with the service and the cost is very reasonable.”
