“We had an excellent experience with Annacis Lock-Up Storage and especially with Brendan. Our camper was stored there safely for almost two months while we temporarily interrupted our overland journey through Canada and the US. From the very beginning, Brendan and the team were extremely friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. They really thought along with us, helped us find the right storage solution and even assisted with checking our battery charger while we were away. Communication was always quick and personal, the facility felt secure, and everything was exactly as agreed when we returned. For fellow overlanders looking for a safe and reliable place to leave their camper or RV for a few weeks or months while taking a break from their journey, I can highly recommend Annacis Lock-Up Storage. Thank you again, Brendan and team!”

“Tommy and his team were amazing. From the start Tommy helped us estimate our move accurately and gave us great advice on how to prepare before the day. On the day, they arrived promptly, the team were very professional and worked VERY fast! I don't think I even saw them take a break for lunch. They were also very experienced and took care not to damage the walls. Overall very professional, easy to work with and very competitively priced.”

“Barry at Vancouver Self Storage is genuinely one of the most helpful and kind people in the business. He always answers when we need somewhere to store our vehicle and somehow finds a way to help us, even at short notice. He’s even gone above and beyond to help us out with a dead battery! Bob is also a great help whenever we need him, and together they make the whole experience incredibly easy and stress-free. The containers are beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and the entire facility is secure and very well positioned. We always feel completely comfortable leaving our belongings here. We couldn’t recommend Barry, Bob and Vancouver Self Storage highly enough. Wonderful service from genuinely good people who care about their customers. Thank you!”

Tyler (driver) arrivedon time as scheduled and took extra time to assess the cube landing area, ensuring it was safe and accessible , and level given our environment. Working with logistics (Marc) for extensions and pickup times were easy to coordinate and flexible. Marc responded to all my questions in a favourable manner everytime. “I have been using simply self storage facility in Richmond for the last 2 years. It's a very convenient location in the heart of Richmond. The facility is clean and tidy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the airport as I go to the airport often and so convenient for me. Best part is it's reasonably priced.”

“The hours are weird so it is better to call to talk to someone before coming if you are looking to rent. I was on a waitlist and was diligent with calling. The locker is huge and I pay 105$/mo and gave them my credit card number for monthly payment. It’s not a 24 hr facility but I don’t need to be there past 9pm. It’s clean with lots of dollies, individual alarms etc. it’s a win for me to have my apartment decluttered and easy access to my goods. Why are the other places so expensive??”

“Recently did a large renovation in our house, and got a POD for our driveway to hold the bulky furniture. The online system for quote, booking and managing our reservation was so easy. The drivers are so friendly and professional, and the placement was great. The unit was in great condition and we had no worries about the safety of our belongings. Would absolutely book again!”

“I had a crazy situation with a hitch installation appointment where I accidentally ordered parts for the wrong vehicle year online. I was stressed thinking I’d be stuck with the wrong parts or hit with double installation fees, but the team at the SE Marine Dr location was absolutely amazing. Thank you Ash!! Instead of making it difficult, they were incredibly understanding, helped me sort out the order mistake, and didn't charge me a dime for the mix-up. Top-tier customer service and total professionalism. I will absolutely be bringing my car back here in a few weeks to get the right hitch installed. Highly recommend this crew!”

“Although I arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment and had forgotten my phone at home (I was sure they had followed up), the staff were very kind and accommodating. My visitor, Sohini, in particular, was great, she offered an excellent deal on a bike rack, and they installed both the hitch and the rack. Overall, I’m really happy with their service and found their prices to be very competitive compared to other companies like Canadian Tire.”
