“This is my third time with Advanced. I love them. I guess that's a strange thing to say about a storage company, but when you need storage, you really need storage, and it sure is nice when the company is honest, friendly, aboveboard, and affordable, with the great bonus of friendly, competent staff. I had my stuff in here for 5 years previously, and the site is clean and well-kept, with spacious, climate-controlled units. And the people are always so great. The previous guy that I interacted with, whose name I sadly forget, was absolutely wonderful, and I was very happy to discover that the newest staff members are just as great. They go out of their way to make sure that everything is right and that our experience there is a good one. For instance, they noted when I said I was going to start the move in, and when I didn't manage to get there that day, they gave me a call in the evening to see if I wanted them to leave the company lock on the unit or take it off for an early entry the next day. I could give lots of other examples, but it would take too much room. And meanwhile, I got a 5x5 locker for less than half the price that I was quoted at Maple Leaf Storage. There's no downside. I'm a fan.”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service. I would 100% recommend and I'll be sure to use Access Self Storage again in the future if needed.I was initially worried about using Access Self Storage. I researched all the big brand storage facilities in the area and Access Self Storage were much much cheaper. At that price I was worried that it wasn't going to be secure, or perhaps damp and my stuff would get mouldy. None of that is true. I met the manager and we talked about the facility. He completely put my mind at rest. The facility secure and dry.On a side note, I locked myself out of the unit and they bent over backwards to help me get access and make my ferry connection. I 100% trust the team and would use the facility again.”

The people running the operation were the owners so were personable and responsive and gave me all the information I needed to store my gear for 1 year. Their smaller locker was exactly what I needed at a good price. I would highly recommend.”
