“Had a great experience with Tire clinic today. No hidden charges, were knowledgeable and accommodating. I'm not sure how the tires or pricing for them would be, since I had my own, but overall very reasonable people. I do know that they put my new tires on my old rims and installed them for one of the cheapest price is Surrey. And they had me in and out in under half hour. I've gone to tire spots and waited multiple hours before, so this was a breath of fresh air for me. 5/5 experience”

“Competent, friendly personneel thoroughly examine the damage to the tire and checking the possible options to solve my problem. Due to the fact that the damaged tire unfortunately was beyond repair, I needed to get a new tire, but due to my cars special 4-wheel-technology and the tread depth of the other 3 tires, they explained me in detail, why I unfortunately have to get 4 new tires. Over all I was treated very respectful and even with the not so nice consequence out of the result, I felt to get the best advice. Everything went smooth and fast, so I would recommend this place.”

“Highly recommend this Kal Tire. Recently got my vehicle back from these guys nd I must say that I was really impressed with the Customer service here.Super friendly people. And I didn't feel like they were trying to Upsell me on more and more things, that maybe I didn't need.Sometimes when a shop calls you back, They have a whole list of things that are wrong with your vehicle, apparently.And what you thought you were going to go in for, all of a sudden now you have a grocery list of Items that apparently need fixed.And so, These guys... “Customer service is spectacular from the mechanics! I felt bad that they had to stay later than their closing hours to fix everyone's cars booked for the day, and yes, it did take a while to get mine done - but I also acknowledge that they could be shortstaffed, or that other vehicles just had more problems than what they were there for.. so I really do appreciate them working overtime to make sure they get it done and also just for being nice (even after a hectic day!). Kindness really does make a difference. :)”
