“I honestly hope superstore let's The Mobile Shop stay there permanently, ive been going to their shop for many years now and every employee new and old are always nice, patient and do everything they can to meet your needs. They tell you about deals that only their store can provide that are mostly always better than the provider you're with but they also dont mind calling you're provider to work with them to get you exactly what you want! I called my provider in the morning to see what they could do about an early upgrade customer service helped me get an early upgrade over the phone but they told me I had to wait 24-48 hours before I could upgrade on my way to work I walked in to ask what my profile said on their end and I ended up walking out of the store with the phone I've been wanting (S25 Ultra) what my provider didn't mention on the phone was that im finally able to add a second line after being with them for just about 4 years now but the gentleman that I was with told me I was finally eligible for a second line, you'd think my provider would have told me.
Anyway if you ever need a new device or already have one and want to sign up for a BYOD contract go to the mobile shop in superstore! On some deals if you have a PC card you might get lucky and walk away with a new phone AND $200 worth of PC Points!”
