Had a really great experience with Emily today. Upgraded from a 13 to a 17, id run out of storage. New phone is really fantastic, and Emily made my whole experience absolutely wonderful, such a sweet bedside manner she has.

I had some issues with my account and for security reasons needed to attend a store. The staff were all very helpful and supportive as we tried to address a complicated matter. Their humour, understanding, and knowledge were all welcome and help make a bad situation a bit less bad. Happy to be a customer here.
