She made sure that my purchase in her store was shipped to the Nanaimo store so that I could easily pick it up. There was no charge for the Purolator courier and she called the Nanaimo store manager to make sure that they knew what the package was and that I'd be coming in to collect it. The pick-up went very smoothly so Emilie really nailed this.
