“This store is the local go-to for everything sports, and also has a good selection of shoes and clothing! Dave, however, is the reason that this Sport Chek is as good as it is! He always has a smile on his face and goes out of his way to give great customer service! Tonight I needed my skates sharpened and I couldn’t get in there until late in the day and he was willing to stay late to get them done for me! Previously I had to make a warranty claim on a hockey stick and they didn’t have any of the same in stock to replace it so he gave me a great deal on a comparable stick that ended up being even better! It’s the small things that go a long way in providing a great customer experience and Dave nails it! 4 stars for the store and 10 stars for Dave! I should also mention that they have a great rewards program called Triangle with excellent cash back offers that is definitely worth using if you shop here!”
“I came in to exchange a sweater I got for Christmas and they didn't have my size in store. Other local stores didnt have the right color so they called the company to see if they had it in stock and sure enough they did!! They are bringing it in for me from the manufacturer. Jeff and the guys really went above and beyond to get me the right size. Amazing customer service as always ! Thank you :)”
