“This is one of the best truck stops. The maintenance crew, try to keep it spotless. But considering some of these drivers now a days. Throwing their garbage on the ground. It can be a challenge. The showers, washrooms, common area and laundry room. Absolutely spotless.
Grass and gardens kept manicured. Very busy in Car area with a large charging stations. Great staff in C sore. Stocked up shelves coolers and deli counter.”
“We’ve gone to this gas station for well over a decade when driving through Hope. The bathroom is always spotless. The fellows behind the counter are very friendly and helpful and always greet us with a friendly hello. It makes our day!

“I filled up here on my way south, and left my wallet on top of the car which substequently was lost. I contacted the station and the gentleman really seemed to care. He reviewed video footage and called me back to explain what he had seen. I consider this excellent customer service which we don't see very often anymore. Thank you Shell.”
“I hate to do this as an area resident to the gas station, I was happy to see the new owners come in the old owners had some medical issues and we’re not able to be there all the time. The new hours of service are great but today’s visit I ended up purchasing sour chocolate milk, and cold chicken fingers I declined the chicken pieces as the young fellow behind the counter told me that he had left them in the oil and overcooked them Chocolate milk made me vomit. I hope I see improvements so that I can continue to patronize them.
Update: received a full refund and apology from the owner. I’ll continue to be a customer. But like any business. One mistake from one employee should not ruin the business. I’m hoping he gets the training he needs. Got more chicken fingers today MMMM…. Delicious!!

“Busy at the pumps but traffic kept moving. Washroom - there was only one located outside so there was a bit of a line but it was in good condition. Cashier inside was friendly and polite.”
“There's an excellent cafe called Somewhere Else beside the station. It serves great home cooked food catering to breakfast & lunch. The prices are quite reasonable as well.???”
“What a great place! The staff are welcoming and friendly and the bathrooms are really clean. We stopped here for the Subway for lunch but wish I had gone into this store first as they had a great supply of ready made food. This will be my preferred stop in the future.”

“It's a big general store with so many gift items. There are also a restaurant at the back. We can't try it since we just had big breakfast.
I think the food are good from others reviews. The seating look good too. If you in a hurry, you can get some take out.
If you need to fill up the car, you need to go in and leave your card then you fill up and pay later.
The restroom is clean. It's a good stop when you travel to Hwy 1.”
