One older female pharmacy staff that is past due date and needs to go, due to constant grumpiness which guarantees mistakes and horrific service. You get rid of that attitude or you'll be getting rid of loads of business. She's screwed with our orders a few times, takes zero accountability and yells, doesn't talk.
