Nicole is the new owner. She worked their for 3 years before becoming the new owner. She spent so much time with us to find the right fit. My wife has a toe problem and she patiently brought out so many shoes to try. She was very attentive and we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing service. Highly recommended.

Good customer service overall. I'm new to running and the shoes I picked felt great in store but are slightly too tight. They hurt some days, other days I love them. I thought they would stretch more from use. -1 star for not having a more idiot-proof sales process as some of us are idiots.
