“Super helpful staff and very knowledgeable. I used to buy work boots from Mark's, but I found that they wouldn't last as long. The quality wasn't there. Im going on 2 years with my Red Wings, they are still holding up great! The free laces and the occasional cleanings is a super nice bonus. I won't be buying work boots anywhere else, I'll be a customer for life. Thanks again.”

I was SO wrong!
She came back 5 minutes later and the very first pair of shoes she gave me to try on were the perfect pair for me. I tried on another pair or two to be sure, but the first pair were just perfect and checked every single box of mine.
Even though I had new orthotics, my old shoes were falling apart (that’s on me for not getting new ones sooner ?), so shortly after I got these new ones, most of my daily foot pain was gone.
At the time I was also working downtown, so she made sure to check in and ask how I was liking them when she would stop by my place of work.
She is truly such a lovely human ?
I’ve had other great experiences over the years as well with her father, and it’s always where I recommend people go!”
