“I was extremely happy with the level of service and the willingness of the store to correct a defect.Synopsis of what happened: I bought a pair of K2 snowboarding boots January 2, 2023. January 29, 2024 the right boot exploded at the seams. I took them to the Aberdeen location on January 31 and they had no problem allowing me to exchange them for a brand new pair of Burton boots. I had to pay a balance of $45 for the new ones, but that was no problem.Further to that, I woke up this morning and the new boots had already be delivered. Hazzah!”
