“Came in twice to get a pair of shoes and some advice, first time was a couple weeks ago and no one came to greet me or ask if I needed anything after at least 10 mins I just left, today I came back...watched the same guy walk past me without saying anything or doing anything...this kid should of had a broom in his hand, at least he would of been accomplishing something. And then Rio came out.. immediately spotted me and offered some expert advice to get me some shoes he felt would best suit me. It was clear the only person around that cared about their job was myself, and Rio. Honestly that kid that walked by me over and over? Give him a broom... whats more is i see in your previous reviews that greeting customers at the shoe section is a re occurring problem.”
