I had a great experience with this store. I was in dire need of a part for my couch and the staff went out of their way to order it and get it mailed out to me! Thank you Andrea! And this was all done with just emailing!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Clinton over the weekend. Great customer service from Clinton, he was professional, transparent and followed up as promised. Highly recommend asking for Clinton if you end up shopping at Beachcomber Kelowna!
