“Happened to pop into Hitz Boutique and was blown away by this store. The gentleman working there was super helpful. They had a variety of band patches that my son has been searching for, and he patiently waited for me to text my son lots of pics of them so that he could choose some over the phone. We don't live in Kelowna but will definatley make a point of visiting this store again the next time we visit!”
“I have been a customer & client of Sweet Repeats since Deb became the new owner.
I don’t live in Kelowna and Deb has often accommodated me when I have come to town. Deb once held an incredible bag that I saw on the store Facebook post until i could get to the store a couple of days later! The pieces chosen for the store are of excellent quality and style.
Deb has made the store her own and implemented many improvements. She is gracious, personable and kind. Each time I’ve come into the store I am so impressed at how beautifully laid out & organized the store has been.
I consign clothes here and am also a customer. I’ve always had a very positive experience in the store. I‘ve found some fantastic pieces and Kathy has been great at helping to find them or bringing me an outfit I might not have considered. She has a real talent for fashion and is gifted at styling clothes on women.
Deb is very community oriented and has recently begun working with a local organization with a goal to give back.

“Lost together is such a lovely little boutique to browse with friends. I am genuinely such a thrift/consignment geek, so if you are anything like me you would love this place. I and my friends have found so many cute little pieces from Lost Together. They have a large range of styles including men’s and children’s clothes. Most of their clothes are women’s and girls in all sizes. There is everything from zebra print jeans to vintage jewelry. Everything is in excellent condition. My latest purchase was a colourful Mosmanns bikini that I absolutely adore. (Their change rooms make me feel like a princess.)
The ladies that run the boutique are so real and helpful. They are such queens that helped me decide on some pieces. These girls have been my outfit inspo on multiple occasions. If you want your Pinterest closet to be a reality, please check it out.”

“I had an awesome experience today at Roots, (Kelowna). Sami (who I think is the manager) was great. Polite, respectful, and really helpful. I had to get my wife’s leather bag sent out to be repaired, and he just crushed the process. We had a great conversation about the OG roots store on Robson street in Vancouver and his pride for the brand and store really shone through. Thanks for your help today.”
“I always have trouble shopping and finding clothes in the mall as a man. Guess had exactly what I was looking for and Jorin, one of the employees was amazing and went over and above helping me. He was helping me find proper sizes and running back and forth from the storage room to double check for me. I’m from out of town and don’t come to kelowna or the mall much but I when I do I will definitely be coming back thanks to Jorin and the amazing selection. Amazing customer service”

“Pretty good place to get kids clothing. Some things are priced similar to once upon a child but brand new. The employee was super helpful and exchanged a damaged dress I previously purchased. It would be nice if they had more boys clothing on sale. Definitely will return.”
“I went to the warehouse one on Highway 97. The staff there are awesome! Friendly, helpful and just fun to be around and help you with your shopping. “I usually do all my buying at one board shop. I was looking for a particular All Star shoe that were not available at one. So I thought I would check out Premium the sister store of one. I was knocked out by the selection and prices. Very impressed ?. The staff were top shelf with the exception of one person. NANCY, she was over the top… she hit all the numbers…. Very happy to help you,, new every thing about the product and shared her opinion on the product. If she felt it wasn't right she would tell you and suggest something more accomodating. I feel she is a diamond in the rough. I will spread the word about Premium and to search out Nancy for everything you are looking for or just her honest opinion and a great smile?
