“I have a disability and use a scooter. The staff was extremely accommodating and helped me out by moving a clothes rack for me. They also were a great help, because I was using the scooter provided by the mall. They wanted me back with the scooter at a certain time before closing. I had some returns as well as new purchases...so to get me out faster , 1 girl did the return and the other did the new purchases. These young ladies were a fabulous help to me!”

“Lots of neat nick nacks candles girl things.. things smells grate.. lots of open sapce grate place for gifts how ever i was walking out side and they are trying to set up for a movie here . and the owner came out and starting freaking on the people wokring saying u owe me over a sign they set up for a shoot and demaning it be removed.. i xan see the anger but come on lady...and some fake snow calling it takki wanting it removed. Lol im sorry but some times things will be diffrent and anoying but its not the end of the world.. bare with it while they set up for a movie u dont own the publick side walk yes its not what u want but its a movie. Brings revinue to ur shops.”

“Wow...love this store! Finally found a store that has a great selection of clean, dressy, "nordic-European" style clothing that I love but can never find. Don't pass it by...walk in and fall in love! Danielle was amazing, she took the time to listen to me and quickly understood my style and what would work (and what wouldn't). Not pushy, just excellent service. It's a breath of fresh air...I enjoy connecting with people (online shopping just isn't the same). Apparently they have only lately been carrying sizes in the smaller ranges, however, I have a friend who is a little larger in her body size and now we can shop together! So much fun! I found the customer service exceptional and the blonde haired lady was fabulous to work with! She really knows her stuff! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for wonderful, reasonably priced fashions and accessories!”

“In terms of resale / vintage / second hand shops in Kelowna, Lost Together is a top favourite. The space itself is so cool and the selection always feel refreshed. It’s a mix of vintage and modern, always see lots of Zara and Aritzia mixed in with some really unique pieces from past decades. The staff are incredibly kind, it’s clear they are passionate about styling and are quick to help find suggestions if something isn’t the right fit - vintage sizing can be tricky so don’t give up if you don’t find anything thing first lap around. Love this space and what it brings to Kelowna!”

“Stopped at the Orchard Park Mall. We were immediately greeted by a young gentleman and offered help. We were in many stores that day, but the customer service of these young men far surpassed anyone at any store in the mall. Great styles, selection and prices. “Love Love Love this store! Recently I was purse hunting and went into the Westbank location. The new employee that helped me was amazing! I had a rough idea of what I was looking for. She was so knowledgeable and showed me many beautiful options! Left with 2 purses and a wallet! The only complaint I have is the younger blonde girl that came out of the back to help the new employee when the sale price didn’t come up at the till. She was rude and condescending towards the new employee. Nobody deserves to be talked down to, especially in front of customers. I wish I would have said something at the time.”

“We drove from Prince George BC to check out this store and we were not disappointed by the service we received. The staff were super helpful, and very knowledgeable. I am 6’4, and I was finally able to find 2 dresses that are long enough for me to wear, and that don’t come above the knee. I will definitely be back, either when I’m passing back through, or if I order online. You will not regret stopping in here. Thank you ladies for helping me with my search for dresses today!”

“I had to pick up an item from a store in the Mall today, then decided to walk around and just browse and reminisce.I am not a Shopper anymore, gave it up decades ago.So visiting several stores today I recall from way back, some newer and some special ones.At the end of my walkabout I spotted Gap, it drew me in as my girl was once modelling their kids clothing.I walk in and instantly I see this bright smile, the welcoming voice of this girl working there, she is wearing the sunshine in her pockets, I am not kidding you, I approached her and commented that she is the ONLY person so far in all the stores I visited that actually acknowledged me, smiled and greeted me. Wow, I was so impressed with her customer service I just have to mention it. Her name is Celeste and what an amazing young woman that knows what a first impression means. I hope Gap knows what kind of asset she is to their outfit.Her co-worker was equally friendly, helpful and simply a pleasure to talk to.The entire store had an uplifting bright and positive atmosphere, I was meant to walk in there and get my special boost for the day.Well done Gap, other outfits should take notice on how retail stores should function.”

“Just had the best experience at old navy! Had to return something and accidentally brought the wrong receipt - it didn’t matter though…the cashier asked me for my phone number and then scanned the item and it automatically brought up the correct transaction- I didn’t even need my receipt! And they didn’t need my visa either, the refund was processed automatically to the card I paid with. I am so impressed - this was hands down the easiest return experience I’ve ever had at a store.”
