“I am beyond grateful and happy with my experience shopping online! I ordered a lavender coloured dress for an upcoming wedding. They ended up sending the wrong dress by accident. I phoned them and they sent me the correct dress right away with express shipping! They let me keep the dress they accidentally sent, gave me a pair of free ear rings, a free eye gel pad package and a %20 coupon code for my next order online. I have been in the store before a few times as well and the ladies that work there are so pleasant and I will continue shopping here over the years!”

“I live in the lower mainland and literally buy all my clothes at Amni Apparel. I make several trips a year to Kelowna to see Lilly . I get stopped on the street in Vancouver frequently by ladies asking where I get my clothes . Very high quality , functional , classy to casual . Love the Frank Lyman, Josef Ribkoff , Alison Sheri and Papa brands. Often I get them at 20 to 70% off end of season . Lilly really knows her clothes and gives excellent , friendly land professional advice served with a dose of integrity and great love of people . She has become a dear friend and is the first person I call when I get into town. High European standards at its best where customer service still is king and we get treated like Queens! The motto of the store is “ Come as you are and leave like a star”! ??✨ ”

“I discovered this consignment store recently and I love it! Apparently they have only lately been carrying sizes in the smaller ranges, however, I have a friend who is a little larger in her body size and now we can shop together! So much fun! I found the customer service exceptional and the blonde haired lady was fabulous to work with! She really knows her stuff! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for wonderful, reasonably priced fashions and accessories!”

“In terms of resale / vintage / second hand shops in Kelowna, Lost Together is a top favourite. The space itself is so cool and the selection always feel refreshed. It’s a mix of vintage and modern, always see lots of Zara and Aritzia mixed in with some really unique pieces from past decades. The staff are incredibly kind, it’s clear they are passionate about styling and are quick to help find suggestions if something isn’t the right fit - vintage sizing can be tricky so don’t give up if you don’t find anything thing first lap around. “We are in Kelowna visiting Grandma and took her for a trip out from the home. We stopped in to try and get some new swag for her and her room. Caleb was exceptional. He saw that it was hard to maneuver her in her wheelchair and would go and pick out items for her to look at. He took the time to provide legendary customer service. He paid extra attention to wrapping her merchandise to make it easier to get it up when we got her back to her room. Authentically kind, in a way you don’t encounter often, Caleb was one of the highlights of our trip and made sure to mention that if she wanted to come back to call ahead to make sure he was working as he would love to see her again. She was absolutely enthralled with him and loves her new room decorations. Thank you again for a truly memorable experience”

“We drove from Prince George BC to check out this store and we were not disappointed by the service we received. The staff were super helpful, and very knowledgeable. I am 6’4, and I was finally able to find 2 dresses that are long enough for me to wear, and that don’t come above the knee. I will definitely be back, either when I’m passing back through, or if I order online. You will not regret stopping in here. Thank you ladies for helping me with my search for dresses today!”

“My mom and were shopping and had a couple of items put aside at the front checkout so we could keep looking around and when we went to pay were told that one of the items (a simple black tshirt) was accidentally sold to another shopper and they don't have another one in store. Without missing a beat the young woman (maybe manager?) that was helping us at the til came back to us and explained the situation, ordered my moms shirt with free priority shipping to her house and gave her a gift card (for double the value of the shirt) for the inconvenience. We were blown away by how amazingly this was handled and 2 days before Christmas in retail, these people deserve a medal”

“I love this store and the time the staff takes with their customers.I’m gonna share a long winded story:I took my 12 year old daughter to this store and she picked out a couple items and tried them on. She said, “ I really like them but I don’t think I could wear them to school, I’ll stand out.”My daughter suffered anxiety and sues with self esteem and confidence, I mean, what pre-teen doesn’t, right?Well that comment started a conversation between the two ladies who were working, my daughter and I. Those ladies listened to my daughter about her Insecurities and history with anxiety and bullying.The staff then shared their experiences and how long it took them to overcome them. They motivated my kid to start living for herself and to do what she loves in life and that people’s opinions don’t matter.That was the day I saw a complete shift in my daughter. It’s like she took those words and held onto them like gold.She is thriving now! Her anxiety is diminished, she is proud confident and successful and does it all in a beautiful oversized bright orange jacket she bought from those ladies that one day.I guess the moral of the story is, those ladies took the time, the care and concern and provided a greater service than most therapists could provide.Thank you to the staff. Your service to us was priceless.”
