“My all time favourite place to shop in Kelowna!! Shopping at women's clothing stores can sometimes feel... 'intimidating', but the staff at Frakus are the most lovely girls I have ever met. They always make me feel welcome and are so helpful!! The last time I was in, the girl helping me threw a few surprise gifts in my bag because she knew my birthday was coming up. It literally made my week 🥹🫶🏻 [I wish I could remember her name, but I do remember she's an April taurus, lol]. It's also the perfect place to buy gifts for the women in your life - they have so many cute accessories and lifestyle pieces!”
“I have been a customer & client of Sweet Repeats since Deb became the new owner.
I don’t live in Kelowna and Deb has often accommodated me when I have come to town. Deb once held an incredible bag that I saw on the store Facebook post until i could get to the store a couple of days later! The pieces chosen for the store are of excellent quality and style.
Deb has made the store her own and implemented many improvements. She is gracious, personable and kind. Each time I’ve come into the store I am so impressed at how beautifully laid out & organized the store has been.
I consign clothes here and am also a customer. I’ve always had a very positive experience in the store. I‘ve found some fantastic pieces and Kathy has been great at helping to find them or bringing me an outfit I might not have considered. She has a real talent for fashion and is gifted at styling clothes on women.
Deb is very community oriented and has recently begun working with a local organization with a goal to give back.

“I had such a wonderful experience at this store! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help me to find a dress to wear to a wedding, and they went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect one.
They were patient, thoughtful, and offered great advice without being pushy and giving me advice what to do with the dress after the wedding.

“Lost together is such a lovely little boutique to browse with friends. I am genuinely such a thrift/consignment geek, so if you are anything like me you would love this place. I and my friends have found so many cute little pieces from Lost Together. They have a large range of styles including men’s and children’s clothes. Most of their clothes are women’s and girls in all sizes. There is everything from zebra print jeans to vintage jewelry. Everything is in excellent condition. My latest purchase was a colourful Mosmanns bikini that I absolutely adore. (Their change rooms make me feel like a princess.)
The ladies that run the boutique are so real and helpful. They are such queens that helped me decide on some pieces. These girls have been my outfit inspo on multiple occasions. If you want your Pinterest closet to be a reality, please check it out.”

The clothing was high quality and well priced. There was a great selection. I love this store. Would recommend to anyone shopping in Kelowna.”
“10-26-25 The service I received today at Torrid Orchard Park Mall was above and beyond excellent. And this is not the first time H.D. and Natasha have been kind, helpful, and run off their feet to service the customers.
While I was in the change room Natasha was calling customers by name and offering to help get other sizes. Asking how we were doing. And she was my extra steps as my right knee makes me limp. H.D. was at the counter taking sales and answering questions customers have. Example, what’s the current sale today? Do these slacks come in extra tall? And she did not miss a step, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
The service provided by these two girls is truly your very best reflection of Torrid. And I shop other stores in our Kelowna mall and do not receive anywhere near the brilliant service offered by H.D. And Natasha.

“I always have a great experience at FA14+ no matter which store I am in. The Kelowna store is great and Even if they don’t have a size in store they offer to find it in another store. Great customer service. Sometimes hard to get there because I work full time and can’t get downtown on weekdays but always available on weekends or most holidays! My favourite go-to for office and casual clothing.”
“Ok. So, I went to the competition….no hello no help no nothing. So I left within 15 mins.
Then I stopped into la senza. Immediately a hello. And help. And measuring, and 6 bras that all fit. I left with 3 bras, one to be shipped and such a great experience. Kailey was just amazing. Also, she is the perfect person to measure. ☺. I left not feeling too large or too tight or whatever the words are to express every other unfortunate time I went to buy a bra. It was perfect. Thank you so much for such a great experience.
The lighting was amazing. Not omg I don’t want to ever go shopping naked again. And the dressing rooms were discrete. Nice upgrades to this store. I will be back. Especially for the service. I left feeling more confident then I had in years buying a bra from la senza. Please keep Kailey. 🥰”
“I really love old navy, but I sometimes feel the staff doesn’t respect for the customer right to price match or price adjust. I always feel judged. I would love more if customers rights are respected. Also the difference is prices online and in store is really confusing.”

“I usually do all my buying at one board shop. I was looking for a particular All Star shoe that were not available at one. So I thought I would check out Premium the sister store of one. I was knocked out by the selection and prices. Very impressed ?. The staff were top shelf with the exception of one person. NANCY, she was over the top… she hit all the numbers…. Very happy to help you,, new every thing about the product and shared her opinion on the product. If she felt it wasn't right she would tell you and suggest something more accomodating. I feel she is a diamond in the rough. I will spread the word about Premium and to search out Nancy for everything you are looking for or just her honest opinion and a great smile?

“I love this store and the time the staff takes with their customers.I’m gonna share a long winded story:I took my 12 year old daughter to this store and she picked out a couple items and tried them on. She said, “ I really like them but I don’t think I could wear them to school, I’ll stand out.”My daughter suffered anxiety and sues with self esteem and confidence, I mean, what pre-teen doesn’t, right?Well that comment started a conversation between the two ladies who were working, my daughter and I. Those ladies listened to my daughter about her Insecurities and history with anxiety and bullying.The staff then shared their experiences and how long it took them to overcome them. They motivated my kid to start living for herself and to do what she loves in life and that people’s opinions don’t matter.That was the day I saw a complete shift in my daughter. It’s like she took those words and held onto them like gold.She is thriving now! Her anxiety is diminished, she is proud confident and successful and does it all in a beautiful oversized bright orange jacket she bought from those ladies that one day.I guess the moral of the story is, those ladies took the time, the care and concern and provided a greater service than most therapists could provide.Thank you to the staff. Your service to us was priceless.”
