Had a return and their process was super easy no hassle. And the slippers I eventually got are warm and comfy. Got the deer hide ones so no more static electricity.

The woman in the pink shirt who helped us today was lovely, immediately asked us if we need help with anything right when we walked in and had amazing customer service at the till as well, very smiley and friendly.
