when I walked in no one acknowledged me except for Hannah who gave a quick nod with smile just to assure me I’d been seen and would be helped shortly. She kept that smile the entire time she was helping me and didn’t sit in silence while she worked on the computer. She made good conversation explained everything well and was just an all around pleasant person.
