They looked it up on their website and showed me where to check. Although they didn’t have it in stock, they kindly directed me to Indigo nearby, where I ended up finding the book. Great teamwork and excellent customer service,I truly appreciated their help!”
“Always an enjoyable experience going to Chapters! Visited during the Victoria Day long weekend. It was not packed considering the time that we went (~4pm). Spent most of the time in the IndigoKids section and were successful in what we were looking for. Will come again!”

“I’ve loved this store since I was a small child! We would go to the optometrist beside the bookstore (which I think is now gone), and would ask if I could come here too. My brother and I have had a points account for the better part of 25 years. I love that they use Book Manager and you can look up their inventory online: they’re the first place I look when I want to purchase an older title. Just a great place!”
