“Love this little shop. There are so few places to buy baby/kids stuff now so we’re very grateful for active baby. Just bought baby’s first pair of shoes here but have also bought toys and books in the past here. Good selection of jellycats for collectors too!”

“I am so overwhelmed with the service. I absolutely loved the way Rose attended us despite of the fact we were late and they were closed. Lots of love. I am touched ❤❤”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Customer Service – Thank You, Daraya! I was shopping at Old Navy today, picking up several pairs of matching Christmas pajamas for my family, and I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by a wonderful cashier named Daraya. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this young lady. She was honestly one of the kindest, sweetest, and most genuinely lovely people I have come across in my entire life. It’s not every day you meet someone who leaves such a positive impression on you during something as simple as a shopping trip, but Daraya did exactly that. Her kindness and wonderful personality truly stood out to me. She made my shopping experience so pleasant, and I walked away feeling like I had met someone really special. I really hope Old Navy management sees this review because Daraya deserves to be recognized for the incredible person she is. Employees like her are such an asset to a company, and I hope she knows how much her kindness is appreciated. Thank you, Daraya, for being such a beautiful example of what genuine kindness and amazing customer service look like. You truly made my day! ❤️ Old Navy is very lucky to have you!”

“Large selection and in very good quality. Definitely would recommend if you don't mind second hand baby gear. They are only in it for such a short time, it is great to save where you can!”

“I had a great experience in store today thanks to Anisha! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and went out of their way to help me find what I needed. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and attentive working in retail—such a great reflection of H&M’s customer service.”
