“ANDREA was phenomenal helping me during my big shop on Monday. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND with her fashion expertise, styling skills, merchandise knowledge, and top notch customer service. I told her I needed a couple new outfits, and what I wanted them to accentuate and hide. She immediately understood, knowing exactly what pieces, sizes, and colours met the criteria I was looking for. She was so patient and pleasant to connect with. I felt like I had my own personal high end personal stylist. Usually shopping for clothing is a nightmare for me, but ANDREA made the entire experience fun, productive, and also teached me a lot of fashion tips and tricks to achieve what I was looking for! She was amazing!

AURONA was the one who processed my transaction on Monday and was very kind and patient applying all my discounts and breaking it down for me on my receipt after so I felt confident I was getting all my discounts and awesome prices that day!

“I love this shop and the staff. My sister and I typically go there 2-3 times a year when I visit Vancouver. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They often suggest items that I would have never had thought to try on which end up looking great. Typically the decision is what are we each going to buy out of everything that looked good, not wether we found something. I will say that I am sad that the store downtown didn't reopen after the pandemic as it was so easy to get to vs driving to Langley. Great selection and a varied price point for everyone.”
“American Eagles is a really good boutique for both adults and teenagers. I used to go there a lot back when it was in the Sevenoaks mall. The customer service there was solid good and I like their selection of jeans. The staff also do a good enough job helping the customers while keeping store clean and presentable.”

“The store is very organized and the staff were so helpful. Pant sizes were organized in ascending order. They helped me identify boots for welding but unfortunately they don't carry an ultra wide boot. (Needed EEEE wide) Big shout out to the guys at the till for helping me sort out my purchase and return. I'll have to come back to this location more often”
