“Initially I was upset since associates took advantage of me being a mom to an active toddler. I was continously chasing my toddler while i was shopping for my toddler. Since i was so overwhelmed at the time, and associates knew i wasn't paying full attention to transaction, she charged me 1 of low price item with double scanning other item for higher price. How did I know? I went to store to price match and noticed 2 of same items are charged TWICE whereas I had bought 3 DIFFERENT STYLES AND 3 DIFFERENT PRICES.
Carter Associates! Dont be taking advantage of us moms with full hands. I'll be taking it to corporate since I still have more details about the incident.
Thanks to Emily to assist me at price matching with out taking advantage of my vulnerable situation. I make purchase at carters online bi monthly and occasionally in store for friends gifts. This is not the reward I'd like in return.

“Great place to shop for kids clothes. Love their color coordinated clothes and also sleepwear for kids. They have a huge selection of clothes which are just right for the weather. Outdoor wear also available for kids in all sizes. Footwear collection for kids also good. Staff very friendly and helpful”
“Shout out to Krizia for her help in finding the right size and assisting with pricing. I find the pricing strategy to be quite confusing. One can never be sure which part of a table is 30% off and which part is regular price. Such pricing should be illegal. Consumers deserve honest pricing. If it wasn't for Krizia, we would have walked out. If Old Navy insists on such pricing tricks, at the very least they should have a self check price machine around the store. All in all, 5 stars for Krizia, 1 star for Old Navy.”
