“In a world where customer service is wanting, Lazy-boy Langley and their staff go above and beyond expectations. We came in looking for a coffee table and met Mintwab. She was friendly but didn’t hover over you. We then found a sectional too that met our needs. She introduced us to Michelle who came over to help design our living room space. Michelle was on time and helped settle my anxiousness over what should go where. Thank you! When she left I had a big smile and now was excited - so much so we also picked out a chair to round out our space. We received
text messages along the way to let us know about our purchase and delivery. The delivery guys were fast, efficient, personable and respectful. Even when we had one small concern Mintwab provided a quick solution. Thank you ladies for your great customer service and making our home super cozy!”
“Stacie is the gold there and Kelly is a gem.
The first time I walked into the store Stacie was there to greet me. She was the perfect amount of there when I needed her and gone when I didn't (a skill I learned not all furniture sales people understand - oh the stories I could tell ?♀️ - she should teach a course!). Anywho, I felt totally comfortable working with her but decided to think on it. When i was ready, she totally remembered me and helped me complete my purchase.
I came back a couple months later to buy something else and purchased with her again. Everything went super smoothly but I did have a bit of a snafu with another staff member when I tried to bring it back within the 48 hour return window (Stacie was off that day) but Stacie and Kelly and Edita the manager were so lovely and smoothed at all out seamlessly. Thank you so much ladies for everything!
I ended up purchasing another stool today and so far so good. Just love the quality and style of the Muse & Merchant products. Hoping this is only the beginning of many more wonderful purchases to come!

“Working with Lucky to order our new power recliner sofa/loveseat combo was a breeze!! He is very pleasant to work with and knows his stuff, he able to help us get the best price. The other staff at the store were also lovely. Would highly recommend purchasing furniture from this company. We originally purchased furniture here 17 years ago and glad we came back when it was time to refresh our living room. Will be back for additional pieces in the future.

“Let me tell you, several years back, had a flood and lost all my furniture and had The Wickertree replace some of it for me. Don’t think they just have outside furniture. They have beautiful inside furniture also. They treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. I lived in Mission at the time and they delivered my furniture from Cloverdale to Mission, ensuring everything was set up properly for me.

“I went into Leon’s in Langley, my 8th furniture place tha day, in search of a loveseat for my son and daughter-in-law. Dhurve, The sales person I was in touch with on FB marketplace was not in that day, however, we were pleasantly met at the door by
Meghna Parmar. She was attentive, professional, very knowledgable about Leon’s products and offerings…. The best part is, she listened to exactly what we were looking for and wanted, and never once assumed or interrupted us. She moved furniture, plugged in love seats, came up with fabric options and as hard as I tried, we couldn’t find a product that would fit into our space. It wasn’t for lack a trying, Meghna Made me want to find something in Leon’s …..unfortunately it just didn’t work this time. If I ever buy a piece of furniture again, although I live in Abbotsford, I will definitely drive into Langley just to see her as she really stood out In customer service from the eight other stores that I visited that day. “We bought 2 mattresses here. Lilian was wonderful and caring throughout. She never rushed us and gave great advice - you can tell she has a lot of experience and knows what she is doing. I went with a firm latex hybrid mattress and my parents went with the copper mattress. Prices were good (these are not entry level mattresses so keep that in mind). I'd recommend going to Sleep Shop, specifically this location and only working Lilian.”
