Barbara was very helpful. She called several stores to see if they had an item in my size for me as they didn't have one in my size . My mom shops there often and I go with her and they are always friendly and helpful.

I have purchased clothes at NR for my mom for years. Sadly, the last few years the staff here have been dismissive, rude, and unhelpful almost every time I have visited the store. It was interesting to read reviews that other customers have experienced the same treatment.
