“I have been a customer of Petfude since we found the store when moved to Brookswood 8 years ago. The owner and her team are outstanding, knowledgeable and so friendly and always make me laugh/put me in a better mood than when I arrived. They carry a wide variety of products and support local businesses, teams and craftspeople (I bought the most beautiful custom made wooden dog dish "cabinet" made by a local woodworker whose products the owner brought into her store). Nothing but positive for this store. Won't go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to.”

“If you are looking for a healthy alternative to dry kibble for your fur baby, BowWow is the perfect choice.My dogs get excited when they hear their plates, practically jumping up and down and prancing in circles. If I am late, they let out gruffs and barks to remind me it is their mealtime. And walk time has little waste if you know what I mean, because the food has no fillers.I would also like to point out that my vet said my oldest dog is in excellent shape for a soon to be 16 year old dog. I attribute this to the food.Emma is a pleasure to do transactions and chat with, and her husband is always friendly. Both are helpful and payment is easy.Give them a try.”
“Understanding and friendly staff. There was 2 bags of acana cat dry food that were unopened that I bought from this store almost a year ago and I told them my cats stopped eating this brand because they got addicted to other food brands, so they let me exchange the unopened bag with the hills dry cat food that they will eat”
“I absolutely love this company, the two locations in Langley are owned by a Vet and his wife who are so very knowledgeable about the nutrition of Dogs and cats.
Their prices are very competitive, better than most smaller pet food stores!
They are accommodating too, I like a certain brand they only carry in there location that's about a 25 min. Drive from me, so once a month There bring in 2 bags of the preferred brand to the willoughby town center location for me.
I highly recommend shopping with the Bone and Biscuit Langley locations for all your pet food needs.

“Great location to go to - we take our dog here for the self dog wash stations. The staff are always nice enough, so I have no qualms there. Sometimes you can get some great deals as well if there are sales.”
“I had issues with my Fedex package which was supposed to be at this location ready for pickup but the tracking noted a different location. I texted the number provided and i got a response almost immediately. He confirmed that the package is not at the location and would have to contact fedex to arrange the transfer. I appreciate the great service! Thanks again.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sharon and the team of volunteers at Paws and Tails Adoption, located inside the PetSmart Argentia location. Having to surrender my cat was an incredibly emotional and difficult decision, but Sharon handled everything with so much compassion, patience, and understanding. She truly cares about the animals and the people involved.
Sharon went above and beyond to ensure my 5-year-old cat Romeo, was placed in a loving, safe, and suitable home. Knowing that he is now with a great family brings me so much peace and comfort. She kept me reassured throughout the process and treated Romeo as if he were her own.
