“I was in the store getting food for my dog that struggles with many different things and Ben, the employee there, was able to direct me to the perfect food for my sick and old dog. The food no longer makes my dog sick and he has way more energy now. Ben was sweet and very informative. He knew exactly what he was talking about the food. He was able to tell me the positives and negatives for each and every food for fussy dogs. I thank Ben for helping my dog who will now be able to go on walks with us like he always wanted to but couldn’t. Overall it is a great store who educates their employees so they know exactly how to deal with the requests from customers.”

My toy Hlasa Apso is so picky and difficult to feed and in the 6 years I’ve had him and all the people who have made suggestions - the lovely person at your store had suggestions that actually worked! They specialize in healthy food for cats and their selection for dogs looks the same. I often buy bones for my sister’s dogs here as well. Highly recommend !”

“Came in here on Monday morning for treats to use when dog walking. I needed something that would for a variety of dogs with different dietary needs. The staff member working was so helpful and knew exactly what I needed, and even sent me away with a free cat treats and dog treats samples.Store is clean and well stocked, lots of parking out front.”
“Had a tour of the plant today thank you so much learned alot about a great local company. Thank you do much from shar kare parksville and Wellington I highly recommend this product. I feed my dogs this I breed and show Rottweilers. The coats are amazing. Not health issues. Feed less and they perform great shiny coats.”
“I feel very grateful for this Petsmart location for the way they take care of their little critters. I have visited most Petsmarts in the lower mainland and I often saw little hamsters and mice running on wheels that are not only dirty but also way too small for them (it would hurt their spines). And they often lived in smelly cages (pee soaked bedding) and having only pellets (no nutrients) for food. But this Petsmart in North Vancouver provide their rodents with proper size(bigger) and clean wheels to run on, their beddings are clean, and they even give them a variety of fresh vegetables for snacks alongside pellets! I saw happy and healthy mice exercising on the wheels and comfortably cuddling with each other today. They were so comfortable with humans(thanks to the kind people who take good care of them) they would come out and curiously sniff us. I’m so happy for the animals to be taken such good care of. Thank you guys so much NV Petsmart! ♥️??♥️♥️”
