“It's a bummer that they have been taking away the seating, especially since COVID restrictions has been done with for a few years now. But the prices for the food are always worth it when getting food for a family of 4. I also wish there was a better way to manage the crowding of people just standing at the front waiting for their food.”
“It's a mixed bag. One of the male opticians (I can't remember his name, but he's Asian) has been consistently rude. He's been there years, so maybe he's just...?!?!?!
I've also been attended to by Reetu and Fruzan, whom I've found both to be knowledgeable and helpful. Fruzan has speaks quite quickly, but I feel confident of her contact lens fitting experience. She's fitted multiple lens prescriptions. Reetu has been great for her prompt service and pleasant nature.
I only knock one star because of the Asian optician (terrible customer service).
I've also been there for optometry exams with different optometrists. But, that would be for a different review. They've been OK too though.”
