“We had multiple boxes delivered and picked up then moved to our new place and delivered there over the span of a month. The drivers were super courteous and dropped the boxes on a dime and left the place pretty much like it was never there. All of our belongings arrived in great shape and earlier than expected on at least one or two of the deliveries. Overal a great experience and made the big move work well. Thanks Big Steel Box!”

“Second time review: We are sad to leave Langley mini storage after two years of flawless service here. We had to move out due to relocating to a new city. Aida has always been very helpful and kind, as we made some changes in storage sizes while we are there. All units are main floor drive up so it made loading and unloading super easy when we were here. No issues at this place.
We've been using Langley Mini Storage for just over six months, and Aida at the front desk has been outstanding. Their customer service is excellent; they guided us to the perfect storage option without pressuring us to purchase upgrades. We've never encountered any problems accessing our unit with the passcodes. You can drive right up to your storage unit, making loading and unloading, which we do weekly due to our work, much easier. It does not matter you pick their smaller or largest size, you still get to drive and park right next to the unit. We recommend this places”

“From the initial quote to a follow up request to moving out and moving in day Summit really came through. Barry’s estimate was almost spot on and after he came through the first time we had him return to see the package up and clean up we had done. The crew were hard working and very professional and Noel’s direction was done in a way that showed he truly cared about doing a great job. Summits was the only company that suggested that our move be spread over two days as we were moving 350 k. What a great idea. Our crew was rested and performed so well for the move in. “My only complaint is that after 3 1/2 years of storage, you charged me for a full month for 12 days of last month's storage.
Otherwise, this is the lowest priced storage facility around!
