“I am no fan of the automated ordering of tires and comunicating with the system. Call backs for more info (talking to the same person) is very hard ( I'm old so not really used to a system like that). However, once all was arranged for the tire swap/change ( summer to winter) everything went better than smooth. To the point where we were informed that the wintertires were better than good enough for another year to use (50%tread left). Thank you”
