“First time visiting Kal Tire, as I found this morning I had a nail embedded in my tire. Was also in a bit of a pickle as I’m driving to whistler tomorrow. They were able to get me in within 30 minutes of calling. And when I went to pick up my car there was no charge! Really helped me out a lot. And service was finished a little earlier than originally expected.”
“I’ve been going to Big O for years! TJ & Chad take care of their customers and have always treated me well. I recently had an issue with my car and they took me in on short notice to take a look. They actually took me under the hoist to show me exactly what was wrong. They finished the job on Tuesday and I am so happy. Runs beautifully and no more scary noises! “Overall good experience, came here to get a wheel alignment done on my car. Service manager was flexible booking me in and the technician did a great job. I can tell by the results he took his time to get it bang on. Car drives better than ever. Not sure why there seems to be a lot of recent poor reviews for this place. “Have been there a few times for new tires and also problematic issues with my rv tires. I cannot say enough about Mike and the whole crew. Knowledgeable, friendly and solution driven; great customer service. Generally it’s a drop in system; they move people through quickly and have a comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend them and would not think of going elsewhere.”
