“I went to get an eye exam yesterday. I saw Dr. Atif Parvaiz, and he was nice enough that I'm leaving a review.

When I arrived at Costco in Langley, I was nervous because of the mixed reviews, but when I stepped in the front desk
, the person greed me, and was polite enough from the time I arrived to the time I left was about a max of 35mins. I barely waited any time though I made an appointment.
The person m taking my eye pressure, doing my test before seeing the doctor was very polite, helpful, and explained everything, told me what to expect. (Which this is odd, The place I used to go before the front desk people were so rude and bad at their job)

Impressed with the Dr. Parvaiz, seems knowledgeable, and polite enough to help me with what I needed, he even explained the picture they took of my eye, and showed me what he was looking for, and I asked him for eye drops because I had severed dry eyes, and he was willing to help.
The drops are amazing, I have been using another brand and I had to apply a lot, but the ones he prescribed with one dropped I felt the difference.

When I go to do an eye exam I look for basic services: kind, polite customer service, knowledgeable staff, and doctors, be able to ask questions, and have answers, being able to be listened to.

Costco has a reputation of quality, and this place was everything I expected. I recommended Dr. Parvaiz.”
