“I had a surprisingly memorable experience at Lumby Esso. I was dealing with a very painful, infected hangnail on my toe that had become swollen and filled with pus. By coincidence, I met David in the men’s washroom, and he mentioned that he worked there. He was incredibly helpful and offered to assist me by carefully clipping away the part of the toenail causing the issue, cleaning the infection, and helping bandage it afterward. The relief was immediate, and I really appreciated how willing he was to go out of his way to help.
The level of kindness and service I received was far beyond what I expected from a gas station. If you ever find yourself dealing with a similar infected hangnail issue, ask for David — he was a huge help and made a painful situation much easier to handle. I’d highly recommend Lumby Esso for the wonderful service and genuine care shown by the staff.”
