“The Back Eatery is a delightful surprise in the Lund Resort. Dinner was excellent. We started with delicious, moist crab cakes well presented with a fruit salsa. The hearty lamb shanks were meaty and tender with a rich glaze nestled on a bed of mushroom polenta. The chef’s crémeux dessert was a final surprise, tasty and wonderfully presented. The staff were hospitable and friendly while being extremely efficient (and knowledgeable of the menu). This restaurant is a gem.”
