“First-timer at Mike's Quality Bodyworks and Refinishing this week, expecting (based on all the rave reviews) a fair estimate for rust repair on my beloved '93 Soobie. After he looked over the various rusted areas, what I got instead was an honest thorough (almost apologetic) breakdown of why the job would cost as much as it would, and what I could do instead to save myself the (gi-normous) expense. He encouraged me to consider doing the less complicated work (which is the majority) myself, at a fraction of the cost.
Mike recommended a product he uses on his own cars, and took the time to go over the prep, the application, the finish (all pretty simple). He even made time later to answer a few more questions, with the same patience, straightforwardness and encouragement. In my opinion, this guy is honest, no-nonsense, and fair. He could've influenced me in a different direction. Instead, he turned down a job that would've put beaucoup bucks in his pocket, and he made sure I had sufficient knowledge comprehension to proceed on my own, should I choose to.
You can learn all about the shop's workmanship from reviews by actual customers; I can only speak to this man's character. In a word: INTEGRITY. I highly recommend this shop. UPDATE: I followed Mike's suggestion, used POR15 on my car rust just as he'd explained; it was easy, and it worked! Very happy with results, and only @$20. for 4oz can, used less than half a can. Perfect for removing & stopping rust cheaply when you don't need perfection asthetics results. Thanks again Mike!”

“Today I got my car which had a minor accident in the left rear bumper side, and it took about a week until it was fully repaired, honestly these people are amazing starting from their front desk( Norma, Ross.& others) , and I was really Satisfied with the body job/work , Even when I was about to take the car and I saw something I needed it to be fixed immediately they took an action and they called someone from inside and he fixed it on the spot..
