“Had to go to the bank today, don't do that often these days. I had an issue with access to view my line of credit on my web banking, on my mobile ap. I was helped by Puneet. He was thoughtful, kind, and listened to my whole story without interruption. He has great insight to think about my situation and offer help based on my circumstances. He was always calm, and took everything in. I asked a lot of questions and he set my expectations well by saying first he would do x, then deal with the other stuff. He linked my line of credit to my card, to show on my ap, and reminded me twice to expect a delay before I would see it.
