“Over the last 3 weeks I’ve had numerous interactions with the staff at the Pharmasave at the Mill Bay location. I required an injection which was done painlessly, and professionally. I have also spoken to members of the pharmacy which helped me aquire a medication I require . To top it off the ladies in the clothing/gift area were also extremely helpful. As I left both cashiers bid me a good day with smiles. This was top notch customer service, Thank you to each of you. They made a complicated situation very easy. It was greatly appreciated.”
“Thrift’s gift baskets: Overall ober the years Thrifty’s has provided great service for creation of their gift baskets. From time to time certain substitutions were allowed related to dietary needs and requirements. These days you need to give 48 hours notice and they do not do substitutions at all. Great service however the aspect of flexibility around substitutions has changed. Employees are mostly friendly. They may be the most consistent basket creator in the area but if you need something specific, you need to go with a specialty store who delivers to the area.”
