“I enjoyed going into the store in Sooke when I lived there but have recently moved to Sidney and just found the product I was needing at a better price than anywhere else in town so I'm happy I popped in. Very nice lady at the till too.”

“I would give this pharmacy 10 stars if I could. When I stopped by, I was having a real bad day, stranded in Sidney with a boat engine under repair, running out of my medication and getting the runaround from other pharmacies and medical facilities. Khalid was awesome, very pleasant, understanding, calm and patient and helped me with an emergency prescription . He even helped me with my iPhone when I was having trouble emailing my doctor’s prescription. My medication was ready in 5 min and he sent me on my way with a big smile. I have never received such great service from a pharmacy before. Definitely the best pharmacy out there. His staff was very nice too.”

“This is the best pharmacy we have ever found and we are in our 80s having lived in the city and the country. James has an amazing, caring touch with his clientele. We feel so fortunate to have found Heart Pharmacy.”

“I can't say enough about this place: efficient, friendly, and very reasonable prices. I was a bit nervous about using an on-line pharmacy, but when the neighborhood drugstore started only refilling 30 days at a time it was an easy decision. Prescriptions arrive quickly right to the mailbox, or if you're in a rush you can pick up in Sidney the next day. A great service!”

“Employees friendly and nicely designed store. Very nicely thought out, and creative layout. Because of all the positives it is quite busy. Parking is a bit of an issue.”

“Started going to this pharmacy three years ago, and have been consistently happy with the service. The staff are kind, patient, and competent. I have seen them handle some over the top customers, and they always do so with grace.”
